Before You Call
1. Gather Account Details
Have the service address and, for existing accounts, the account number from a recent bill.
2. Selling or Closing?
Contact billing ahead of the closing date to arrange the final meter reading.
3. New Ownership
Be prepared to provide owner and mailing information for the account.
