How to Report a Problem
During business hours, call (401) 845-5600 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, closed daily 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM). For water or sewer emergencies outside regular business hours, weekends, and holidays, call (401) 845-5826. For fire, medical, or life safety emergencies, call 911.
